Q: What happened to the DQ® Crew™ site?

A: We took down the DQ Crew site permanently to make room for something cool and new. We hope you like it.

Q: What can I expect from the new site?

A: The new DQ site will feature fun games, activities, and characters. When it goes live you'll also learn DQ's oldest secret.

Q: Where can I find the privacy policy?

Q: What plug-ins do I need?

A: You will need the Adobe Flash Player plug-in to fully enjoy the DQ games and activities.

Q: I have a question about the program. Who can I ask?

A: The FAQ is set up to answer most commonly asked questions. If you do not see what you're looking for, you can e-mail DQKids@idq.com or call one of the phone numbers listed on our homepage.

Q: My child, who is under 13, registered for the site. Why is an e-mail sent to the parent?

A: Due to COPPA laws, this e-mail states that only you, as the parent, can register the child. It also asks you to grant your child permission to enjoy the site by clicking a link and continuing with the registration process.

Q: How do I sign up to receive information about the site?

A: On the homepage, follow the links to sign up for e-mails about site updates and DQ news.

Please note that you will be prompted for your date of birth due to COPPA laws.

Q: I am a parent and successfully registered one child. However, when I went to register another child, I get an error.

A: Please ensure that your username and password is different for your second child. You are allowed to enter multiple children using the same parent's e-mail address. If the child is under 13, we require parent authorization for the child to join. This parent authorization will come via an e-mail after registering on the site.

Q: How do I find a DQ Store?

A: Click on the "Find a DQ Store" link in the footer on the homepage. Enter your zip code and click "Submit." It will list stores found within 15 miles.

Q: Why do I get DQ e-mails in a jumbled format?

A: Our e-mails are sent in HTML format. Please ensure your e-mail program is set up for HTML e-mails.

Q: When I go to the site, nothing happens.

A: Please ensure you have the latest Adobe Flash player installed on your machine. Our homepage has a link to download the Flash player. Follow the link and you'll be all set.

Q: How can I have my parents authorize me to use the site, if I'm under 13?
